2 people i knew got into an accident.

On the 20th of September, in Utah. Two girls were walking across the road. They didn't walk across at a green light. A guy was driving along the road, he had a green light. He was distracted by something on the side of the road. He looked at it, and then turned back. Saw the two girls in front of him and couldn't do anything. He tried an evasive maneuver, but it was to late. The girls were Jessica Wilson who served a mission in the baltics, and her, and my good friend who was visiting.

The accident was fatal, Jessica died in the emergency departement at the hospital, the other girl was seriously mangled, but is expected to recover. Jessica went on to paradise, the rest of us have to linger. And hopefully be ready when our times come. We don't know when it is. Today, a car might crash into my back while I am out, tomorrow I might be in my role as a firefighter and the roof collapses onto me. I just hope I can be ready. I almost forgot to mention, all involved are LDS.

I know Jessica is better of now, she was a good person. My prayers are with the rest of the involved and the families of them. Hangi parem!
