School
Members of the church of jesus christ of latter days saints are "famous" for being diligent, hardworking, good in school etc etc. I am not. I am way below average in school. I am already 1 year overdue on my degree, but hey, I'm not going to give up, fight to the end! (meaning that I have the possibility to be one more year before i am kicked out, but i hope to get done before that happends)

Mormon messages...
I am usually a very positive and glad person, I smile a lot more than the average person in Finland. I talk a lot, I talk to foreigners (especially if they speak a foreign language, other than english... such as greek, russian, spanish or german, I instantly want to go up to them and talk to then to the extend of my abilities, the situation doesn't always allow for this though).
But! I do have my days also. I have been thought to pray and read from the scriptures when I feel down, it gives strength. But it's not always that I have the patience to take out the book and start reading, and just saying a prayer isn't always so mood-changing either (but occasionally it happends)... Something that fills the mind with good is needed (like reading the scriptures would be). But luckily my beloved church is led by inspired leaders and they have introduced "mormon messages" on the internet. The're right there, on youtube. And once in a while, a new video is added to the fold. Very often when I feel down, despair, lack of hope and [add word], I have gone onto youtube and watched one or a few of the videos and it's made my mood a lot better.
I have been reluctant to watch religious tv broadcasts, as they have not been in my taste. With the exceptions of "3ABN" - although not from my faith, they have good words in general. But the mormon messages are just fantastic! They have made by day very many times, who knows, they might just make my life as well :)
In a world where pornography and other bad things is within reach, I love the fact that there is now a source of good within reach, even on the internet! Easy to watch and they deliver the message in a good way.
This one is called 'Lessons I Learned as a Boy', it's one of many. There are many more, they vary in style. Some are easy and gladfull, others are deep. Some are interviews, others are from talks, such as the one above. There is another one below, it's called In the Spirit of Thanksgiving.
